Super impressive

I have only used the bullet for 2 days on my neck pain ( stiffness ) and honestly after 20 minutes of using the bullet, the pain was gone and the stiffness wrnt a few hours later.
I mainly purchase the bullet for ongoing hip pain ( from a fall back on June 24 ) and in the 2 days of using it the pain is 80% gone.
Im Very very impressed. Highly recommend this quality made little gadget, thats portable and I can just put it on my handbag. It's worth every cent.

I have never written a review before, but read them all the time to make decisions. I felt compelled to write one after my experience with this small but mighty device. I haven't used it often, but twice I have had foot pain/inflammatory issues and twice it has eliminated the issue within two sessions. I am very pleased with this purchase!

Exemplary customer service

While it’s too soon to notice results from using the bullet yet, I decided to write this review to praise the customer service I have received. After a small glitch with the charger the company trouble shooted very attentively and eventually sent me a new device with sincere apologies. The new device is working perfectly and I am looking forward to writing another review with rave reviews of the results I’m sure to experience!

Easy to use

This device is small and easy to use. I haven't noticed any improvements yet.
My issue with it is, that it has a USB connector so I can't charge it!!!
I will have to get an adaptor. I wish they would provide you with an option to choose which connector you'd like. This is very disappointing. It came with a bit of a charge but not enough to do much, so now I need to wait to use it until I get the adapter.

I bought this with a discount in order to give red light therapy a try before laying out a bigger expense. I like the simplicity and I notice a difference in reducing tightness of muscles that I have used it on.
